Service Frequency
The program consists of 6 service visits per year with visits performed approximately every two months. We invoice after each visit. We offer a 5% discount for paying for a year of services in advance.

What We Do On The First Visit
On the initial visit, if you have an existing pest infestation, we will take care of that first. Then we will make sure that they don’t come back! Depending on the type of pest and level of infestation we may perform one or more of the following:
- Install rodent management stations for rodents
- Treat the attic
- Treat the crawl space under the home
- Treat the eaves and overhangs
- Treat the exterior perimeter
- treat the fence line
- Treat interior portions of the home
- Treat any stumps, railroad ties, etc. on the property
- Treat wall voids
What We Do On The Regular Preventative Visits
For the winter visit, we spray the crawlspace underneath your home. If there isn't a crawl space, we will treat cracks and crevices where invaders love to hide.
For the spring, summer, mid-summer and fall visits, the perimeter and eaves of the home are sprayed each time with a residual insecticide to both kill and keep potential invaders out.
For the late fall visit, we treat cracks and crevices where invaders love to hide, or if the spider population is high around the home, spray the perimeter and eaves again.
We service rodent management stations set up around your home every visit to help keep rat and mice populations low. This lowers the possibility they'll enter your home.
If A Pest Invades Between Regular Visits
Your home is under warranty for pest infestations so we will come out at no charge to diagnose and take care of the problem.
